From the A3/A52 change to the A524 direction Krefeld at the interchange Ratingen-Breitscheid. Take the first exit to Lintorf and turn right. Follow the street left and cross bridge over the tracks. Take the exit DU-Großenbaum on the A59. Follow the signs to DU-Großenbaum. In the centre of DU-Großenbaum in the roundabout turn left into the Saarner Straße and follow the road into the forest. The entrance to the LBN Duisburg is after ca. 1 km on the left hand side.

By train

Coming from Düsseldorf or Dortmund with the S1 get off the train at DU-Großenbaum and leave the station on the east side. Go straight through the roundabout and follow the Saarner Straße into the forest. The entrance to the LBN Duisburg is after ca. 1 km on the left hand side.
